Microencapsulation

Well, today I'm going to talk you about a interesting topic, the Microencapsulation.

The microencapsulation is a procedure through who bioactive substances be introduced in an array to so avoid that it be losed or to protect it to reactions with another components, or also it be used on the controlled release of substances.

In my career, the microencapsulation has some relevance, because the main is mantain the active ingredient of the medication, who is possible thanks to it, also there is patients that need that their medications be released to slow rate.

I'm not sure why I chose it, I just thought that it is an interesting topic to treat, also this topic fill so much in my career and maybe inclusive someday I used it. So far don't have found future uses to this technique, but surely soon will be found more than one use.

I remember that I read about it when I was doing a paper for the university, at that time I dindn't explore so much about the topic, until now that I had to talk about it, so I searched more information.

Some advantages of the microencapsulation are that it can deliver like result final products with high performance, also the advanced aspects of the process give important advances to the industry, and some disadvantages are the high cost of processing, also that can be a potential risk to the health and the environment due to the use of solvents.

My "Babies"

I think that all the kinds of pets are very good friends and even good family, but in particular I love the dogs, they are so tender and loving.

In my life I have had a lot of dogs, of different races, hair color, sizes, ages, etc. Nowadays I have two dogs, "Bella" a baby mix between a Poodle and a Yorkshire Terrier, it is the most tender puppy in the world! and its mom, "Sofia", a Yorkshire Terrier, I love it too.
Sofia is with me since around seven or eight months, and some months after it became pregnant, and three months ago was born Bella. When Bella was born I was very excited, because was the first time I saw the birth of a dog! This beautiful puppy delayed around four hours to born!

I'm not sure why I love them. Sincerely they have broken a lot of things in the house, shoes, toilet paper, stuffed animals, furniture (generally the tip of the furniture), and a lot of another things! But when I get back to home, they are who greet me, moving their tails, barking like fools, treating to lick my face, jumping in the chair, etc. And it makes me very happy when I get back.

My best holidays

Holidays... It is very sad, but nowadays I just have a holidays' travel once a year, and it just last three or four days, though when I was 12 years old, on January 2011 I traveled to Vicuña, La Serena, Chile, and I can say with certainty that it was my best holiday. I think that it was the longest travel I have had, I remember that I were around one week there, but I didn't go alone, my grandmother, my aunt and my cousin, we traveled around eight or nine hours by bus, but the bus just left we on Serena, and before we had to take another bus to arrive to Vicuña.

There we was to a church, a museum who I don't remember the name, also I ate a typical fruit of the Serena and its surroundings, the "Copao", this fruit is very acid but also very delicious (to me), I also ate a lot of handcraft ice cream, there had a lot of varieties and all delicious!, I visited the monumental lighthouse of La Serena, and another places that I don't remember so well.

It has been the best holidays because I had the best time of my life there, enjoyed a lot the weather, met a lot of people and a lot of places, ate a lot of delicious food, and was in a different place to my others holidays. (Maybe I would have liked traveled with my mother 😢)

Continuing with the ice cream, there have till cinnamon ice creams, I was amazed with it! I have never listened about a cinnamon ice cream, well at that time I was very young.

A country I would like to travel

Nowadays there are many places where we can travel, and the ways to travel are also various.

If I had to choose some country to travel, it would be Japan, it because its culture, food, places, and people are very interesting to know.
Some things about Japan that I can say are that is a very silent country, for example in the trains normally the people travel in a complete silence, and is bad seen talk when all the people is quiet; also by contrast when the Japanese people is eating, the make so much noise, it because when they are eating, make noise is a way to prove that they are enjoying their food. (I think that me too will enjoy their food)

I'm not sure if I would like live there, I have read that Japan is not that expensive, but travel to a new country and stay to live there is not that easy how it appear, first Japan has a language fully different to the mine, its people is totally different to the people in Chile, and there I don't have someone know. But maybe in some more years I changed my opinion.
